Engineer/Trainee-ELV and AV
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the team for tendering, project planning, system design for Audio Visual/ELV project
To overview project operations and site coordination works
Support and report to Project Manager to meet the project schedule
To prepare documents of drawing, material submissions and work schedules
To liaise and monitor with contractors and sub-contractors
Requirement:
2+ years management experience in the Audio Visual or ELV System project. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Engineer
Diploma or above in IT, AV, Electrical, Engineering or related discipline with Electrical, Electronics, Computer Hardware Knowledge
Clear understanding of the construction process, installation, integration, and commissioning of audiovisual systems or ELV System
Experience in Audio Visual System/LED system is an advantage
Proficient in AUTO-CAD / Excel /Microsoft Project/ Word
Self-motivated, responsible, good communication and interpersonal skill
Good command of English & Chinese (both spoken & written)
Knowledge/experience in AV product/LED system is an advantage
Marketing Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with business strategies and goals.Work closely with product team to promote brands & products for achieving sales targets.Maintain a good relationship with media & agencies for promoting brands & products.
Social media content development, monitoring and reporting.
Prepare content and deliver effective promotions and advertising write up, press release and marketing materials copywriting.
Collect market intelligence and extend market coverage.
Perform ah-hoc assignments and projects if necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above and minimum one year working experience or above in marketing field
Excellent command of communicate & presentation skill
Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
Familiar in social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) will be an advantage
Knowledge in IT products will be an advantage
Project Manager/ Project Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and designers to ensure project effectiveness
High caliber to handle project, strategy planning & cost forecasting independently
Monitor payment, submissions, and quality control to meet project schedule
Assist in other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years working experience in project management
Strong technical and problem solving skills
Experience in handling sub-contractors and contractual documents would be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
